We are headquartered in Mumbai, with branch offices in Pune & Surat, and sales personnel across Ahmedabad, Delhi, Hyderabad and Vadodara.

We are looking for qualified, experienced Technical Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales Engineer at our head office in Mumbai to assist in pre-sales activities for our imported range of specialty pumps for the chemical / process industry.

Responsibilities

1. Assist sales engineers in preparing technical sales proposals for upcoming customer projects
2. Interpreting data sheets and associated enquiry documentation provided by consultant / customer; refer engineering databases for technical selection of right model
3. Working out the appropriate costing and other commercial terms for quotes.
4. Check pre- & post-order techno-commercial documentation including inspection requirements, bank guarantees, dispatch clearances, etc.
5. Preparing reports or analyses on our products, sales performance / metrics as required by Management
6. Organizing regular review meetings between sales engineers and management
7. Frequent liaising with multiple teams including our principals as well as customers for techno-commercial information, the Accounts team or the Order Execution team, as appropriate for business operations
8. This is largely an internal role, but from time to time, you will be required to reach out to customers for clarifications and information. In-person customer meetings within Mumbai are less common but may arise as required

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree Engineers (Mech/Elec/Chem) with 4-6 years inside sales experience in industrial centrifugal pumps or even Mechanical Seals is preferred
2. Prior knowledge of positive displacement pumps, centrifugal pumps, and/or pump-selection software is preferred but not mandatory.
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) as well as Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Meet). Willingness to learn and use new computer applications like CRM tools.
4. Good communication skills are essential for handling consultants, foreign principals.

We are looking for qualified, experienced Service engineer for our range of KAESER screw compressors & compressed air systems. The primary responsibility is to conduct service maintenance and commissioning requests at site, during or after AMC.

Responsibilities

1. Pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities for compressed air systems at customer sites, after checking site readiness and/or suggesting changes as necessary.
2. Visit the customers for any complaint logged, attending technical difficulties faced by customer. Identifying technical difficulties / loopholes in the compressed air system & suggesting the remedy to the customers.
3. Handling replacement & refurbishment tasks at customer’s site; generating and forwarding enquiries for spares to the service coordinators.
4. Generating detailed Field Service Reports for status of installed compressor as well as recommending corrective actions to be taken, if any. Service coordinator needs to be updated regarding the status within 24 hrs from the receipt of complaint.
5. Submitting weekly report on the service issues attended & resolved each day.
6. Identifying & reporting about the different types of equipment installed at Customer’s site to build market database.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree Engineers (Mech/Elec) with 2-3 years’ experience; or ITI diplomas with 4-6 years’ experience in servicing of compressors. Specific experience with rotary screw compressors maintenance & overhauling.
2. Familiarity with computer tools like MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs). Willingness to learn about new tool Salesbabu CRM.
3. Good communication and persuasion skills as it is required to be constant communication with customer.
4. Own 2-wheeler for movement across customer sites is required.

We are looking for a qualified, experienced Resident Sales Engineer in Vadodara for our range of KBL pumps & systems used in the Building & Construction industry.

Responsibilities

1. Business development across the assigned territory – this involves generating leads and cold calls to prospective customers, as well as frequent travel for face-to-face customer meetings with customers, contractors, consultants.
2. Sales of technical, specialized pumping products to qualified buyers / purchase teams in a competitive environment. One needs to understand the customer’s requirements – which means having good knowledge of their business operations.
3. Regular Go-to-Market planning keeping the long-term business objectives in mind, while also achieving monthly / annual targets and undertaking periodic performance reviews.
4. Identifying and developing new opportunities for KBL pumps – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new channels to reach existing markets.
5. Frequent liaising with the Account/Admin team and Order Execution team as appropriate for business operations – pre and post sales.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree Engineers with 3-4 years sales experience in industrial pumps. Prior experience with centrifugal pumps in HVAC, Fire-Fighting, Water Supply, PHE/MEP applications is required.
2. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) as well as Google Suite (email, calendar, etc.). Willingness to learn and use new computer applications like CRM tools.
3. Dynamic, go-getter, willing to go the distance to close orders
4. Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the state; own 2-wheeler required.
5. Fluency in English and the local language is preferred

We are looking for a qualified, experienced Senior Sales Engineer for our imported line of seal-less Magnetic-Drive pumps for the specialty chemical industry. This role would be ideally based in Mumbai or alternatively, Vadodara.

Responsibilities

1. Business development across the country with a focus on western India. This involves generating leads and cold calls to prospects, as well as frequent travel for face-to-face meetings with customers, contractors, consultants.
2. End-to-end sales of specialized pumping products to technical buyers / purchase teams in a competitive environment. One needs to understand the customer’s requirements – which means having good knowledge of their operations and our product’s advantages.
3. Regular Go-to-Market planning keeping the long-term business objectives in mind, while also setting regular targets and undergoing periodic performance reviews.
4. Identifying and developing new opportunities for our specialized pumps – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new channels to reach existing markets.
5. Clear communication with the Technical Coordinators, Account/Admin team and Order Execution team as required for business operations.

Requirements

1. Degree Engineers in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical discipline with 10-12 years sales experience in pumps for the process / chemical industry. Prior experience with Mag-Drive pumps or even Mechanical Seals is preferred.
2. Experience with handling complex customers like technical consultants, PSUs and large corporates.
3. Experience handling drawings and documentation for technical products and services.
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) as well as Google Suite (email, calendar, etc.). Willingness to learn and use new computer applications like CRM tools, customers’ vendor portals, etc.
5. Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the state; own 2-wheeler preferred.
6. Fluency in English, Hindi and the local language (Marathi / Gujarati) is preferred.
